Join us live as we sit down with JJ Hardy, an 18-year Army veteran and combat veteran with 35 months of deployed service, for a powerful conversation about resilience, healing, and what it truly means to grow through hardship.

After a rough and uncertain transition out of the military, JJ faced PTSD, a 100% disability rating, and a period of deep self-doubt about his purpose and worth. Rather than staying stuck in that place, he developed a personal framework for what he calls post-traumatic growth: learning to identify negative thought spirals, actively seeking the good in difficult situations, and treating mental health the same way the military trains for combat, with discipline, repetition, and commitment.

Today, JJ has turned that hard-won growth into a mission to help others. He's the founder of Victory Leadership Coaching, where he works with individuals and organizations on self-leadership and first-time-manager development, helping people build the confidence and skills to lead well, whether they're leading a team or leading themselves. He's also the host of the Speak Up, Show Up, Lead podcast and the author of the book Speak Up, Show Up, Lead, where he shares the leadership lessons he's gathered throughout his life and military career.

Tune in live for an honest, encouraging conversation about turning trauma into growth, finding purpose after service, and building a life and career around leading others well.
