Sarah Moore is a 21-year Army veteran, former UH-60 Black Hawk combat pilot, and the founder of Blue Side Adventures. After navigating her own severe post-deployment transition struggles, including PTSD and spinal injuries. She turned to neuroscience-backed coaching, yoga, and mobility as a path to recovery. Today, she leads veterans and first responders through intensive physical and mental prep programs that culminate in life-changing, high-altitude trekking expeditions from the Rocky Mountains to the Himalayas. She's currently building teams for 2027 expeditions, which will include mountaineering and polar skiing.
