Jeremiah “JJ” Hardy is a leadership coach, Army veteran, and founder of Victory Leadership Coaching and the Men’s Clarity Project. After nearly 18 years in the U.S. Army—rising from enlisted to Warrant Officer—JJ built his reputation on disciplined execution, operational leadership, and developing leaders who perform under pressure.
Today, he works with both men and organizations. Through the Men’s Clarity Project, he helps men build discipline, ownership, and leadership at home and in life. Through Victory Leadership Coaching, he delivers execution-focused coaching, leadership workshops, and consulting for small to mid-sized businesses that need clarity, accountability, and operational momentum—not fluff.
